The Challenge

Mazowsze is Poland's state cultural institution under the Ministry of Culture — 170+ performers, international tours, Presidential Harvest Festival. Live production at this level has zero margin for error. No second takes, no fixing in post.

Every delivery represents a national ensemble. The stakes are reputational as much as technical.

The Approach

Full-service production spanning multiple formats and countries:

Multi-camera live concert recording — 200+ performances captured with zero-error tolerance. Hero promotional video still featured on the ensemble's homepage. Drone cinematography in Luxembourg under the patronage of Grand Duke Henri and the President of Poland.

Animated advertising for Warsaw metro displays, tram screens, and Warsaw Central Station digital billboards. TV spots for broadcast. Full-cycle promotional content across all platforms.

Conductor leading the orchestra — warm stage lights
Two musicians at the grand piano during rehearsal
Pianist studying the score — close-up
Sheet music detail — over-the-shoulder view
Violinist in warm bokeh — concert atmosphere

The Result

200+ concerts recorded. The hero video remains Mazowsze's primary digital representation. Metro and railway station ads ran on Warsaw's busiest screens. Drone footage from Luxembourg under diplomatic patronage. All delivered flawlessly under zero-error conditions.

Visual Identity & Broadcast Branding

Beyond concert production, I redesigned the visual identity system for Poland's most recognized folk ensemble. Dozens of animated assets — logo reveals, broadcast bumpers, promotional spots — crafted for every format the institution needed: national television, Warsaw metro displays, tram screens, and the LED billboards at Warsaw Central Station. For a cultural institution rooted in 75 years of tradition, every frame had to honor the heritage while speaking a modern visual language.
